- Education: Graduate in any stream from a UGC recognized university as on 31 July 2025
- Computer Knowledge: Certificate of minimum 3 months
- Language: Proficiency in Assamese
- Employment Exchange: Must have valid Assam registration

- OBC/MOBC: 18–43 years
- SC/ST(P/H): 18–45 years
- PwBD: up to 50 years
