| A. Educational (any one): |
- Master’s in Computer Application/Computer Science; or
- Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Computer Applications; or
- B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Engineering / Science / Technology; or
- Degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, or Electronics/E&C Engineering; or
- Master’s degree or equivalent OR Degree in Engineering (any branch); or
- ‘A’ Level (DOEACC/NIELIT) or PG Diploma in Computer Application (Univ.) / Post-Polytechnic Diploma (State Council/TE)

- With (i) above: 2 years in Electronic Data Processing (EDP) incl. programming;
- With (ii) above: 3 years EDP (min. 1 year programming);
- With (iii)/(iv) above: 4 years EDP (min. 2 years programming);
