Selection Procedure |
The selection of candidates will be conducted in the following stages:
- Preliminary Examination: Objective MCQ-based screening test comprising English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability; used to shortlist candidates for Main Exam.
- Main Examination: Objective MCQ-based exam testing General/Financial Awareness, General English, Reasoning Ability, and Quantitative Aptitude.
- Document Verification / Interview: Final stage involving verification of candidate documents; some banks may conduct interviews as part of the process.
Candidates must qualify each stage to proceed to the next. The final merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in the Main Examination as per IBPS guidelines. |
