- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have ME / M.Tech or M.Phil / Ph.D (submitted) in Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology from a recognized university/institute.
- Age Limit: Maximum 32 years as on the last date for online submission of application (age relaxation applicable as per Government of India rules for reserved categories).
- Nationality: Indian citizen.
