Selection Process:
  1. Tier 1 (Objective): 100 questions/100 marks, 60 min — covers General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical/Analytical/Numerical Ability & Reasoning, English, General Studies (20 Qs each, negative marking 0.25).
  2. Tier 2 (Descriptive): 1 hour, 50 marks — Essay (30), English comprehension & précis (20).
  3. Interview: 100 marks—Personality assessment for those shortlisted after Tier 2.
  4. Document Verification & Medical.
